I come from a tradition that measures decisions by their impact seven generations out. That's the lens I bring to emerging technology.
Fifteen years inside financial institutions, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes litigation. Published frameworks on legal AI and institutional governance. Author of books on what it takes for people and organizations to hold together under pressure. I study the systems that shape how we live.

AI systems perform a hegemonic function in the Gramscian sense—not through ideology but through cognitive architecture. This paper identifies the recursive consent loop, maps the governance gap across every major framework, and proposes counter-hegemonic measures to preserve cognitive sovereignty under conditions of AI saturation.
A six-part rubric for evaluating legal AI. Not just accuracy—reasoning quality, ethical grounding, and decision integrity. For practitioners, compliance teams, and developers building AI that lawyers can actually trust.
How speed degrades judgment. A framework for institutional governance when everything is moving faster than the people running it.
A structured evaluation methodology for assessing how generative AI handles legal reasoning—across accuracy, coherence, jurisdictional awareness, and ethical grounding.
How legal systems encode ideology into infrastructure—and how resistance emerges anyway. The question I started with, and haven't stopped asking.

A framework for staying grounded under pressure. Nervous system regulation, attention discipline, and the practice of choosing deliberately.

Why
My father taught me integrity. My mother taught me service. Schools grounded me in fundamentals, while also seeding the instinct to question. College too was an environment of fierce competitive plausibility, and law school ultimately revealed how stories shape outcomes, how power moves through systems, and the inextricability of well-being and infrastructure.
It's been a lifelong dedication to deep understanding, or the attempt thereof, which has allowed me to see patterns across cultures, disciplines, and industries. What I keep coming back to are the building blocks: preserved reasoning, ecosystem balance, and strong communities of people.
Each generation has their issue. Ours—non-ironically—is about our ability to maintain individual coherence under pressure, and for organizations to put prosperity in alignment with human values. These are the things we need to address, because without them we're simply not attuned for our greatest potential.
